I love wild belly laughs, fermenting food, plant medicine, martial arts, and dancing.

I live to be sovereign, love who I am, and feel liberated no matter what reality I face. This journey feels like my best contribution to the world.

My lived experience as a disabled neurocomplex trauma survivor, descendant of my Korean ancestors, and social worker informs my dream for freedom and my capacity to be deeply present for people’s pain.

I’m clear we have to tend to our pain to transform the conditions we collectively live in.
