I spend much of my time building my inner home in my body so that I can live a liberated life no matter what reality I face.

I’m a nerd for crafting healing spaces that transform personal, ancestral, and collective trauma through shared power, brain healing science, energy work, embodied exploration, and connection with the divine.

I’m a lover of community that is expansive, dependable, healing, and responsive to the needs of the world. 

My lived experience as a neurocomplex trauma survivor and social worker informs my dream for freedom and my capacity to be deeply present for people’s pain. I’m clear we have to tend to our pain to transform the conditions we collectively live in.
