I love wild belly laughs, plant medicine, trees, martial arts, and dancing. I’m a lover of community that is expansive, dependable, healing, and responsive to the needs of the world. 

My lived experience as a neurocomplex trauma survivor, descendant of my ancestors, and social worker informs my dream for freedom and my capacity to be deeply present for people’s pain. I’m clear we have to tend to our pain to transform the conditions we collectively live in.
