My ancestral mission is to bring more light into the world. I do that by being a lineage healer and creating new embodied memory of belonging with myself, ancestors, sacred relatives, and the universe.

I’m a lover of community that is expansive, dependable, healing, and responsive to the needs of the world. 

My lived experience as a neurocomplex trauma survivor and social worker informs my dream for freedom and my capacity to be deeply present for people’s pain. I’m clear we have to tend to our pain to transform the conditions we collectively live in.
